My name is Daniela, a qualified chef and pastry chef! I arrived in Australia in 2002 and I started to work in a very well-known Italian restaurant in Adelaide SA. In 2003 I won the bronze medal at the International Culinary Extravaganza in Perth. Food has always been a big part of my life and my culture. Many of my recipes are from tradition, from grandmother to mother and to me combined with my personal and professional experience. In 2014 I thought of opening a mobile food business and started looking around for that! After 3 years of exhausting ups and downs finally, on the 19th of August 2017, Flavours of Eataly was born!!!! The name of the business was the result of a long day of brainstorming…. possibly helped by a beer or two!!!

My partner and I were celebrating one year together and couldn't find a restaurant to book into and found it very tricky to even find a restaurant to find food for us to pick up. We came across your truck on Saturday when we were out driving which we used for our dinner later that night. Excellent food. |
Awesome authentic food from this lovely team. The fresh pasta or gnocchi is delicious with any of their various sauces and ragus. They still have many specials I can't wait to taste. A good assortment of starters, the Mozzarella sticks being our favourite. Thanks for cooking up some great food for my #stayathome 40th! |

Just had a delicious dinner at north lakes from this wonderful truck. The owners clearly love their food and customers and instantly make you feel like part of their family. I thought I made a decent arancini but theirs blew me out of the water. Can’t wait to stuff my face with cannoli later tonight. |

Stopped here for an early lunch when the truck was at Southbank TAFE. While i initially though the price was a bit high after trying both the lasagne and the Mozzarella sticks I was loving it! very very tasty, absolutely genuinely nice people running it. I will definitely be back to get the lasagne especially since its the nicest lasagne I've bought for a long time. well worth the money. looking forward to trying that menu items too! thanks guys! |
